The Boker Plus Cataclyst 42 convinces as a combination of a modern EDC and a high-quality gentleman's accessory also as a slipjoint knife all along the line. In this version, the blade also opens easily via a flipper, does not lock when open, but is merely held securely in position by a detent ball. With appropriate pressure on the back of the blade, the blade can be folded without releasing a locking device. To ensure that no doubts arise when carrying the Cataclyst 42, we have explicitly had a declaratory notice drawn up for the legal weapons classification of a knife supplied with a ball holder for the blade.
