The Scandi Woodsman was first introduced at the 2014 Blade Show held in Atlanta. Many of the people were impressed by the elegant, yet functional design. The inspiration for this knife came from its sister, the LIONESS. The handle was specifically designed so it would fit well in smaller hands, but we've seen that it fits perfectly in larger hands, too, so most people can pick it up and use it comfortably.

The shape of the blade has a lot of belly, which makes it a very handy skinner. The Scandi Woodsman will also prove to be extremely useful for a variety of bushcraft or camping tasks. The finger guard is very aggressive, decreasing the risk of losing the grip and accidentally cutting fingers, which makes it great for beginners.
