This chef knife with a curly birch handle, accompanied by a blade guard made out of curly birch, is a fine addition to any kitchen, chopping, slicing and cutting your meal ingredients with ease. The materials have been chosen according to Finnish sensibilities, and the additional touch to the visual look comes from the real sense of handcraft visible in the knife. The 80CrV2 carbon steel blade will retain its bite for a long time while being easy to sharpen again.
