Official system of the Canadian Armed Forces since 2005. Kalgard coated blade made of 55Si7 spring steel, showing a remarkable rockwell-hardness of 51-53 with enormously high break flexibility. Grip and sheath made of fibre glass reinforced polyamide may be used as wire cutter and is capable of cutting hardened barbed wire. The handle insulation resists a voltage of 10.000. A readjustment screw on the cutter guarantees optimal cutting results. Polyamide sheath with strap fits all U.S.-M.O.L.L.E. and IDZ carrying systems of German Bundeswehr. Comes with diamond sharpener. Overall length 31,2 cm. Blade 18,4 cm. Blade thickness 3,6 mm. Weight 310 g. Compatible with all assault rifles from the series Colt M16, M4, Diemaco C7, C8, Steyr AUG, IMI Galil AR, ARM, SAR, Beretta AR70/90 and FN FNC.
