The PDW Road Warrior 45L duffel is a rugged, weather-resistant, all-purpose bag designed for overlanding, travel, expeditions, and for those embracing a life on and off the road as modern nomads. Its 45L size makes it ideal for well-packed 3-day trips or as part of a larger multi-bag setup alongside the ZCaB-AW-XL for extended journeys and expeditions. Equipped with two easily attachable/detachable padded shoulder straps, it allows for convenient backpack-style carrying when needed, while two sturdy hand straps provide a more traditional carry option. Available in Universal Field Gray.
The Road Warrior 45L is constructed from durable 1000D tarpaulin material, with weather-resistant features, MILSPEC webbing, large easy-to-grab zipper pulls, rows of daisy chain loops for attaching keys or carabiners, and heavy-duty YKK nylon coil zippers.
This duffel style includes removable padded shoulder straps and a padded carry handle for versatile carry options, along with two haul loops at each end to facilitate easy handling in and out of vehicles. Two external zippered accessory pockets securely store small items for quick access on the go, and a loop panel allows users to attach their favorite patches.
Since 2016, PDW has lined the interior of its packs and bags with its signature Flame Orange color, offering two key advantages: enhancing visibility of contents and serving as a high-visibility marker for signaling search and rescue in emergencies. The tote's interior also includes a zippered mesh pocket with a key clip under the top flap for additional organization.
This model comes in Universal Field Gray—a warm, neutral gray tone that provides a low-profile look, blending seamlessly in both urban and natural settings.
