Description
This chef knife with a birch bark handle, accompanied by a blade guard made out of curly birch, is a fine addition to any kitchen, chopping, slicing and cutting your meal ingredients with ease. The materials have been chosen according to Finnish sensibilities, and the additional touch to the visual look comes from the real sense of handcraft visible in the knife. The 80CrV2 carbon steel blade will retain its bite for a long time while being easy to sharpen again. Take good care of this knife by cleaning and drying the blade after use and by oiling it with cooking oil, for example. The blade guard ensures that your knife will be protected while not in active use.
