A beautiful bushcraft puukko knife
Kivalo Design delivers yet another knife exuding the mystical beauty of the Arctic Circle, straight from Rovaniemi, where both Santa Claus and the innovative knifemaking company are said to reside. Faithful to its name, this puukko knife, called Korppi, is a tribute to the beauty of ravens. The mysterious and grimly graceful bird lends its wit and wisdom to this puukko knife, giving the blade a penchant for wild adventures and a touch of magic.
The blade of the Korppi puukko is easily sharpened and endures a lot of use, being made of carbon steel 80CrV2. The handle is made of Finnish birch and birch plywood, equipped with a brass mounting to give a nice touch of contrast to the dark look of the knife, and best protected by its very own sturdy leather sheath when not used.
