Description
Set Includes one 14 3/4" overall chef's knife with 9 3/8" blade and one 7 1/2" overall paring knife with 3 3/8" blade. Both knives feature Sandvik 14C28N stainless blades, hardened to 57-59 HRC, full tangs and amber Ultem transparent handles with black Kraton grips. Designed by Dan Maragni.
