Böker JTN hunting knife 120635
Description
The original idea for the JTN (Join the Navy) is based on old Navy survival knives from the times of World War II. The design by Jesper Voxnæs translates the compact, sturdy and practical characteristics into a more contemporary approach. The bellied handle scales of the full tang construction consist of green canvas Micarta and are mounted on yellows liners. The special shaping provides excellent ergonomics for any range of application. The chosen blade material is N690BO steel, which has proven its worth and performance in a multitude of other knives of our range. The handle end has been designed as a hammer. Comes with high-quality Cordura sheath including front pouch.

Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
