Description
Badger style knife with Honsanmai blade structure. Carbon steel cutting edge, damascus sides and back. Blade length 85 mm, 7 mm at the thickest point, rhombic cross section. Blade angle 25 degrees. Ebony handle, nickel silver fittings.
