Böker Magnum 2015 knife 02MAG2015
Description
David Broadwell from Texas is not only an exceptionally gifted knifemaker whose handmade pieces are extremely rare, but is also well known as one of the designers for the Magnum Collection Series. Known for his large Bowie style knives, his designs are always a blend of traditional and his own unique style, creating a very clear and distinct appearance. For the Magnum Collection Series, we chose a classical Subhilt design.
The distinct false edge enhances the flowing grind line, granting the blade a special dynamic. The extremely well balanced design, with the slowly dropping grip spine, is very noticeable when handling the knife in various grip positions, comfortably and securely. The Subhilt behind the index finger contributes to these great ergonomics, and provides a non-slip grip in every direction. In addition, the dovetail butt adds that little extra comfort, making the Magnum Collection perfect for your hand. The handle consists of stacked leather, which adds a visual accent and a superior grip.
The two-tone finish consists of a horizontal hand brush finished blade grind, and the mirror polished flats and handle parts, enhancing the exclusivity of this unique collector's piece. 440C stainless steel blade. The Magnum Collection 2015 is delivered with a leather sheath and certificate of authenticity, in an attractive collector's box. Limited to just 1,999 pieces worldwide.

Collectible KnivesBrand
Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
