Harri Laine Chef chef´s knife
A chef's knife inspired by Finnish puukko traditions from an award-winning maker
Award-winning knife maker Harri Laine crafts Hardy Knives in his workshop in Hollola. In addition to puukkos, Laine is also skilled in making kitchen knives.
This chef’s knife strongly reflects the influence of Finnish puukko traditions, naturally refined into the shape of a kitchen knife.
The forged carbon steel blade of the chef’s knife is 19.5 cm long, providing excellent reach for cutting even larger food items. The sturdy handle is made of curly birch, with a brass bolster.
Harri Laine’s chef’s knife is an excellent addition to any home kitchen knife block. It suits both enthusiastic home cooks and professional chefs alike. Of course, a finely handcrafted kitchen knife is always an excellent gift idea.
